Our assignments cover industry, commercial real estate, logistics, retail, events and sensitive security environments. Depending on the assignment, we deploy different qualification levels – from security officers holding the required §34a qualification through Certified Protection and Security Forces (GSSK) to IHK-qualified Protection and Security Specialists with team or management responsibility.

Security Officer (m/f/d) – §34a GewO
For security, access control, reception and site protection assignments, we seek reliable security officers.
Requirements & responsibilities
- German §34a GewO competence examination
- Valid Bewacher-ID / registration in the security guard register
- Required personal reliability
- Current certificate of good conduct or willingness to provide assignment-required evidence
- German language skills at least B2, spoken and written
- Strong communication skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Assertiveness combined with calm, de-escalating conduct
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Driving licence category B advantageous
- English welcome; additional languages explicitly advantageous
Certified Protection and Security Force (m/f/d)
For demanding assignments, especially in industry, site security, logistics and sensitive premises, we also seek Certified Protection and Security Forces (GSSK).

Protection and Security Specialist / Team Lead (m/f/d)
For team leadership and management responsibilities, we seek IHK-qualified Protection and Security Specialists and suitably experienced, qualified GSSK professionals.
Requirements & responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating security officers
- Shift and assignment organisation
- Implementing service and security instructions
- Point of contact for clients and employees
- Quality checks and shift handovers
- Incident and escalation management
- Monitoring defined quality and security standards
- Very strong German (at least C1)
- For operations management: C1 to C2 or fluent command advantageous
